I actually tend to get annoyed with “woke celebrities” after a tragedy has happened because ultimately, they love the state and their money so much, and their words reflect that. “Call your legislator, stay calm, love police, we need to love our Black men”, all these tired-ass, dangerous, status quo affirming platitudes that we ain’t need right now or ever. They show you that at the end they ain’t about that life and it’s tiring.
